Magic: The Gathering is a slower and more methodical game than many of its rivals, and these instant win buttons will drastically shake up the pace of the game, while forcing players to change their strategies to match
Heres an outline: 5-8 removal spells 4-6 card draw spells (including flashback cards) 4-6 payoffs (Sahagin, Shantotto, etc.) 2-3 other creatures (Wyvern, Ice Flan, etc.) 17 lands The deck is fairly simple to put together, and really doesnt want much outside of removal, card draw, and payoffs
Storylines that have been building since A Realm Reborn are wrapped up with such grace that I have to wonder how long the writers have had their cards close to the chest
Spellslinger decks can probably do better, but I wouldnt be surprised to see this pop up in the 99 of some lists
